"I’ve been going to this location for about a year and have been really impressed by the quality of product Planet Fitness (particularly this location understanding they’re franchised) provides. Both my girlfriend and I go early in the morning and have noted how welcoming the staff is. A lot of gyms have welcome staff, but it’s a little over done to the point of feeling inauthentic. The staff here always been the right level of friendly and helpful and even the folks cleaning where you can tell they’re coming off the over night shift keep that level of enthusiasm up. For the price you pay, I love what I get at this gym."

"I don’t know what’s happened with the gym the last couple months, but the quality has gone down hill. First, multiple pieces of equipment are always down and take longer to be repaired than before. Second, the gym is not kept as clean as usual, specifically the bathroom and then the gym floor now as well. Third, the whole crew and the manager, he didn’t mind there was a big puddle of water on the floor and didn’t himself or tell anyone to clean it or even put a wet floor sign. They left it there for at least an hour, and then the next overnight shift person finally came in and maybe dealt with it. There’s always multiple workers on their phone at the front desk and the bathroom and don’t seem to try to help the gym or the gym goers."

"I just wanna leave a grade review for this facility after being with them for six months I was able to get great service from the team. I want a special things to the assistance manager Christian for helping me out managing my cancellation promptly. Furthermore, I will definitely consider to come back once I’m ready to rejoin the gym."
