"Bought a pickleball racquet from here, took it home and realized later they forgot to remove the alarm unit. When I went back to tell them to remove it they instructed me to go get a new racquet from upstairs and bring it to them for rescanning. I would have liked it of they apologized for their negligence, the waste of our time and they instead went running to get us a new racquet Not such great customer service in my opinion."
"First time in the domain store . Asked for help for soccer cleats , after 20 mins waiting nobody showed up . I was buying two pair of socks , the soccer turf shoes and one ball . Leaving the store with nothing . Going to CP location to see if I have more lucky there ."

"Great selection here. Only complaint would be how hard fitting rooms are to find and how many they actually have. I was able to find 1 handicap fitting room next to the golf section. Other than that, it was a good store to shop. Customer service was great and it was easy to find someone if I needed help"
"Visited this Dick’s today. What a nice store! I thought since it is located within the Domain that it would be a nightmare getting in and out but not the case. There is parking right in front of the store and behind it. This is a pretty big store. Two levels actually. An escalator brings you to the top floor. Sure they have an elevator but I didn’t see it. They had a large variety of everything and the store was organized and clean. I had to make a return and had no issues whatsoever. The staff were friendly and helpful during the transaction. So, overall this is a really good Dick’s Sporting Goods and I think I have been to them all within Austin."
