"Took my daughter for an eye exam for the very first time in September. She ended up needing glasses in which we picked out and gave to the receptionist. I informed the receptionist that I didn’t have the funds to purchase the glasses at the moment. She said it was ok, she will place the order and that I can pay when I picked them up in about 2 weeks when they were expected to arrive. About 3 weeks passed and we still haven’t received a call to come pick them up. I called to check the status and was told that they still haven’t arrived yet, and that they will yet again give me a call to let me know when they have arrived. Another 2 weeks pass, still no call so I reached out yet again to check the status only this time I was told that the glasses wer never ordered because of non payment. Not only was I misinformed once but also again when I called the first time. Then they have the anudacity to have an attitude like it’s your fault they gave incorrect information MULTIPLE TIMES! Will not be returning"

"It was my first visit to Quality Eye Care. I walked in and looked around. I was immediately greeted by Giselle. She asked me for my insurance card and ID and told me what my copay would be and took the payment. The waiting area was clean and there was a large screen tv available to guests to pass the time while waiting. When it was my turn to go in, Giselle was the one who took me into another room to check my eyes on some equipment, then told me that the Doctor would see me now. I was escorted into another room and had my exam. I really liked that they explained everything being done. After my exam, I went back into the waiting room to pick out frames for my glasses . Giselle really took the time to help me pick frames that she thought looked good on me and to go over pricing. I will definitely be coming back in the future."

"I went once to your clinic, also took my daughter, sadly and unfortunately my mother went more than once. If I could give zero stars I would. Poor service, unnecessary prescriptions and wrong recommendations. Surgeon doctor (who I believe is the owner of this clinic) is rude & unprofessional my mother had a procedure done by him the day of the surgery doctor came to see my mother prior to the surgery maybe 3 to 5 minutes prior to the procedure, he didn’t even greeted my mother (not even a Good Morning at list) he said zero words. We paid out of packet for sure it was overpriced $12+ K , sadly found out later that procedure wasn’t recommended for my mother, now my mother has a procedure done that was not supposed to be done on her eyes. I went to this clinic once, they wanted to do a procedure on me that according to them it was not covered by my insurance as result they were expecting me to pay $900+ out of packet. Better to go to Target or Walmart please try to stay away from this practice all they are looking for is the monetary benefit they careless for patients needs. Based on our experience search for better options because If they see elderly people, Latinos/Hispanics they might want to take advantage $$$$$"
