"After taking significant time to locate a therapist within my insurance benefits that had availability during times that will work with our busy schedule and made time before work on a Sunday for the first appointment? How did it go? It didn't. I was canceled on by the therapist the morning of appointment via email because I didn't input credit card information during the pre registration process. The insurance I have covers 100% of cost so I am not interested in giving an option for them to bill me directly and this was discussed prior to scheduling. It's clear what is actually important here and it's not the mental health of patients. *this was not communicated as a requirement prior to service, it was an email request to fill out information in advance that is just as possible to take in person on first visit. Appointment was canceled during a time business was not open so not possible to call to resolve."
