"One of the worst doctor visits I've ever been subjected to. I had passed due to low blood sugar out on a Tues, got to the office on Thurs. Dr. Giese told me that it was not my blood sugar as there is no way I would have been able to make it to the office in that span of time and I would still feel too sick. I told him I do feel sick and asked to be put on blood sugar stabilizer that I had taken in the past and he denied me. I also have 10 yrs of low blood sugar history at this office with another dr, but this did not matter. Giese's advice was to "try not to pass out behind the wheel", and now I have a $160 bill. ZERO stars - could not recommend him or this office less. Will be fighting this bill through my insurance and never returning to an office where I am mocked instead of cared for."

"They should change their name to “We Don’t Care about Families”! All they care about is closing the office early and going home. Their routine response to scheduling an appointment for a sick child is “ we are busy, go to the emergent care”. Apparently they only want to schedule wellness visits. Do Not waste your time here!"

"The service is ok, but whenever my kids are sick and need a doctor, they aren’t able to see them and refer me to urgent care… isn’t that the point of having a pediatrician? Beyond frustrating and I will be switching them to an office that is reliable."

"The front desk staff was professional, helpful and friendly. I met with Dr. George Cancayco for an annual physical. His patient care, listening skills and approach ability was excellent. My wife and I both appreciate this office and practice."

"I have been going to this practice for at least 4 years. Have seen Lauren and Dr Ramirez. The last few times I have went were horrible. Dr Ramirez would not even listen to my issues I asked for hormone testing told me I was to young. Never went over my blood work after done. I told her I was feeling really off. To find out 4 months later was diagnosed with breast cancer. Lauren was very short with me at my last appointment like she was in a rush to get me in and out. I had to ask for a Pap test to be done even though that’s what I was there for. Both of them are not caring at all. Also had to have surgery and ask to come in for a blood test and they told me they could not get me in. Also they tried to tell me I needed a ekg and physical but that was never ordered by my surgeon. Fought with the office for days. Ended up going to the hospital for blood work that same day. I would stay way from this office. There name might say caring family. But they are not caring at all."
