"What a great studio & what fabulous instructors! Incredibly clean & thoughtfully laid out. They pre-arrange triple thickness mats which make workouts so comfortable. High energy, detailed instruction with modifications (challenging & reduced impact) + great sound tracks. The music & the exercises change regularly to keep it fresh. Everyone who works at the studio is incredibly friendly, genuine & passionate. Highly recommend."
