"I was referred to InVia & Dr Karande in 2021. After some initial testing, I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility. Dr Karande started with 3 rounds of IUI that were unsuccessful. After that we moved to IVF. Each round, Dr Karande reviewed the medication and dosages, making adjustments to increase chances of success. Finally, in the 3rd round, after retrieving 11 eggs, we ended up with only 1 viable, and it took. Finally, we welcomed a baby boy into our family and we are so happy this long journey led us here. I cannot say enough great things about the nursing staff, especially Nancy. She was incredible every step of the way. I will admit the portal the practice uses is not the most user friendly and can be impersonal, but the staff does respond quickly to messages through there and it is convenient to have all the correspondence in one place. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for fertility assistance."

"I was using Invia in Crystal Lake for a local monitoring clinic for a surrogacy journey. I had to call every time to get my results that were supposed to be sent ‘stat.’ They said this was not a problem too fax stat results (same day), but after three late results (multiple days late), I have to find a new monitoring clinic. "We had 3 miscarriages in an 8 month period and came to Dr Karande after a referral from our OBGYN. We had heard good things about the practice, great nurses and a knowledgeable doctor. Our first round of IVF was not successful because there were no embryos that were good enough to biopsy. Dr Karande changed some of the medications for the 2nd round of IVF, and we ended up with two viable embryos after PGS testing. We implanted one of the embryos and are now blessed with a beautiful baby boy. Dr Karande explained the entire process very well and was open to any and all questions we had. The highlight of this practice is the nurses; they became like family with how much time we spent with them. Everyone was professional, kind and helpful. They reply to messages we send via their online portal promptly. We will soon be returning to InVia for their assistance in creating another miracle with our frozen embryo. We are forever grateful to Dr Karande and his staff for their help in bringing our dream to life."

"The staff was awesome. This low start review is not directed at them. I loved my nurse. Dr Karande was so manipulative. The final straw was when he looked at my husband and says, "but you don't have any babies of your own." Trying to push us down a path we weren't comfortable with. My husband was so angry. That was our last visit."
