Elgin Dental Works

"My Son carries a DMO dental policy. No one wants it but they do pay when used. Dental works accepted this policy for braces and dental cleaning. During this whole time there was so much turnaround when it came to orthodontists. I feel like they sucked the money out of insurance and it was thousands. Once the money ran out all of a sudden he is done with braces. My dentist(whom I have seen for 15+ years)currently had a cleaning special for kids and I decided to pay out of pocket and take him there since I trust her. She comes to tell me he has 7 cavities. She also asked me where did he go for braces as his teeth are not sitting right. He has gone to dental works every month for his braces and 2x a year for cleanings. NEVER once was I told by a new ortho due to the turnaround that they see cavities as they are in his mouth each month changing rubber bands and wires. And worst for me to be asked where did he get braces as his teeth arent sitting right?! Im really disappointed in dental works."
