"I'm a Veteran sent to this place by the VA to remove a wart on thumb as an outpatient since September 2023. Initial service intended good. Follow ups just a waste of taxpayers money as they milk the government. Had three Nitrogen shots and prescription since. Place failed to renew prescription on Nov. 13th and now wart has returned to grow and cannot see me (walk in) on December 5th because no available appts can be made until Jan 22nd because end of year insurance purposes comes first while doctors are on vacation also at this time knowing that the VA has contracted them with me until Feb 24th 2024. Will report to VA medical services of Mohs Dermotolgy in CL of it poor quality towards outpatients from the VA. Sincerely."
