"Rumble is such a fun workout that delivers results! The coaches at South Austin are some of the best fitness instructors with which I've ever worked out (Jess and Brit are my favorites!). The workout itself is clearly explained and demonstrated throughout, and you'll leave feeling great. The studio always is pristine, and the manager Preston and all the staff are fantastic. Parking is a breeze. Lockers are available with programmable locks for your belongings. Don't worry if you've never boxed - every class begins with a rundown of the punches and exercise movements, and you can rent gloves/get wraps from the studio. Highly recommend!"
