"Staff was great EXCEPT the receptionist. It was the weekend and I wasn’t able to contact my insurance. She couldn’t tell me if their office was in or out of network for me. How do you not know? Now I have to pay more out of pocket because of it. Don’t get injured on the weekend because you’ll be getting their B team."

"I usually love this place, but this morning I felt as if I was treated poorly. I’ve been coming here since 2022, seeing the same doctor. This morning Maribel asked for a copy of my insurance card. I said I didn’t bring it with me, but I’d email it to her, and that there were no changes. She was not happy with this and acted as if I should have known better. She had to get permission to let me see the doctor without it. Then she asked for my drivers license. I said, I actually don’t have that with me either. She said “so you’re driving around without a license… I said, I responded to the “to do” list sent in the text message to prepare me for this appt, I didn’t see that in the instructions. I will get it to you. Then she said I needed to fill out a mandatory survey. I said I’d rather not, she was like, you have to. The doctor demands it. I said I’d had enough of her and told her to cancel my appointment. Just a bit disappointed."
