"Very poor communication. We went and worked out Tuesday this week, to come by today to work out and there is a paper taped to the door saying they are closed for content creating purposes. Why wasn’t I informed this on Tuesday, 2 days before? And no signs indicated this inconvenience on Tuesday either. Why wasn’t there a notice sent out to customers? Especially when we pay for a 24/7 gym. They also don’t uphold all standards in the gym. Water filters on fountains were not replaced in a timely manner. Workers are friendly, but not helpful."
