"Do not buy a trailer here. The neighborhood may be quiet but the management is awful, they will not help you with anything if you own your trailer but will constantly threaten you with eviction for any minor inconvenience including but not limited to being literally only 2 days late on rent, not moving your trashcan up soon enough, having construction waste, your grass not being cut literally only a week after, having rose bushes that are "too high". Along with that when you move out they absolutely will not give you any extra time and will charge you for a "cleaning fee" on a trailer they're demolishing anyways. Oh and all the trailers are decrepit and unliveable."

"The new owners that bought the place back in 2022 are the absolute worst. They dont listen nor are they helpful. The park manager Tina fakes nice until you actually need something and then is the worst person to talk to. Honestly hands down the worst place to live -10/10 do not recommend lets just let the trailerpark ruin it self like the new management wants."

"I have a niece that bought a fix-it-upper in Willow Haven Mobile Home Parkfor $5k. I think she paid too much. It's not a nice house and the floor in the bathroom is spongy soft and I do not think it's safe . However this trailer park is very safe. It's quiet and remote."

"Like many property managers Jennifer Hillman is unethical and uses illegal practices. We had a plumbing problem that persisted for a month. We had no usable toilets, shower, or laundry machines. Every company we called said that due to the symptoms of the problem it was most likely a main line blockage and they would need the manager's permission to do any work. Jennifer initially told us she would give permission to have someoone look at the issue but given that it was Thanksgiving weekend "the charges would be greater". Meaning she expected us to pay for the park's plumbing repairs. At one point Jennifer hired an unlicensed park resident who does basic repairs to assess and repair our plumbing. He cut the axle out of the trailer and replaced a leaking pipe. That did not solve the problem so we called the health department who sent an representative out. Jennifer showed the representative from the health department pictures from another property claiming the blockage was kitchen grease to maintain her claim that the repairs were our responsibility. We chose to bring in our own plumber who found a blockage of roots in the connection between the plumbing that we own and the plumbing owned by the park. Seeing as roots grow underground this is clearly not our responsibility. We paid $890 total for work done to repair the problem and Jennifer refuses to reimburse the charges. When we threatened to sue for damages she threatened to counter sue for the cost of a bill from B&B drain techs which was never billed to her and she threatened to sue for the cost of the unlicensed handyman that she illegally hired. We will be seeing their registered agent in court."
