"Everything you need, nothing you don't. Very spacious floor plan (1br). Walk in closet is so big that I use it as a separate small room. Quality wooden porch. Very safe place, amazon orders are left at the door with no worry. Central air and heat is nice. Carport is awesome. Sturdy and can be used for extra storage due to it's large size. Additional storage comes with the unit in a separate hallway. Maintenance is not intrusive. Only drawbacks are the remote location, and the fact that if you live on the third floor, the stairs get old. Makes the distance from your appt. to your car very long and grocery hauling taxing. All in all though, five stars."
