"This place is a scam and disreputable. The high ratings are fake. The scheduler deliberately lied about what the quack dentist Lisa George would do in my appointment. They knowingly did this. I was supposed to get a cleaning and exam. They would not even do that. All they were trying to do was an x-ray I never requested. I also needed a filling to replace, but they claimed a dentist they are does not "do that" as I clearly scheduled the appointment for. DO NOT GO HERE. I will have to report them."

"The level of disrespect is through the roof. They will cancel your appointment that you've had for a month without even providing notice. I am in the middle of a high risk pregnancy and my previous obgyn closed their practice so I scheduled my first appointment with this office to pick up where she left off. I drove thirty minutes to get to my appointment only to find out it had been cancelled for a "meeting." I was not notified of the cancellation until arriving for my appointment and was unable to get another appointment for two weeks. This puts me and my unborn at even higher risk. Unprofessional and unacceptable."

"Extremely unsatisfied with my experience with their dental department. I went in with an extremely painful wisdom tooth in need of extraction and the doctor said that it would take up to 3-4 weeks. She said she could expedite the process but that it would take up to 5 days. I call back a few days later to follow up and the secretaries said it would take multiple weeks for me to hear anything back. It wasn’t expedited at all. I just got an overwhelming feeling that they couldn’t care less. I went to signature care in Algonquin and got it taken care of the very same day I went in. Highly recommend Dr. shakeel if you go there . The staff there are extremely attentive and compassionate"
