"Currently living here and rent never stays the same is supposed to be ($25) (currently $500) currently no hot water (been 6 days today) rude and noisey neighbors constant drama (cops r here every other day) manager is never here (only when rent is due) maintenance is never here and I hate it been looking for a new place ever since I moved in been (2 years) and literally **** this place and everyone in it."
