"Very unprofessional service. My new doctor requested for my daughter's medical record to be faxed over. 3.5 weeks later, they still didn't fax her medical record to her new doctor. I called multiple time, every time, they promised to fax it right the way. The first time, they had the wrong fax number, the next 4 times, either the person who is responsible was not there or they didn't fax it."
