"DO NOT HIRE BRIAN VINEZEANO OF VINEZEANO TILE KITCHEN & DESIGN! He is unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest. PM me for details, see below for a quick synopsis: underquoted the project just to get the job signed a contract agreeing to the total amount of the (underquoted) project then later said he didn't agree to it delayed the agreed upon start date of the project for no valid reason demolished the shower then demanded more money even though we gave him more than 50% of the total cost of the project as a 'deposit' which he had for 2 weeks prior to the start date we reluctantly gave him more money due to his angry demeanor and because he stated he needed materials for the project that he should have already purchased before the start date did not work more than a few hours when he decided to show up said he would work specific days then never showed up with little or no acceptable explanation started texting us about his handicapped x-wife that he needed to care for... never mentioned this could cause delays in the work prior to starting played these games for more than 2 weeks offering excuses, ghosting us and claiming we are somehow taking advantage of him because he forgot to breakdown costs for 'putting the tile on the wall' the third week of this circus he didn't show up for work on Monday even though he said he would be there, then appears on Tuesday at 10am after we demanded to know when he will complete the project. He left 20 minutes later stating he was going to get more materials but didn't return. Later that afternoon he texted us stating he will most likely not return until the following Monday and would maybe get the project completed by Thanksgiving. We have told him not to return. Brian has taken advantage of senior citizens on a fixed income and in my opinion has behaved like a criminal. ZERO STARS!!!!"
