"Very poor communication. Please do not waste your time. If I can give them a no stars I would. The customer service is terrible. I was never given any updates about my purchase and when I called to ask about delivery they inconvenienced my whole day that I took off work to receive the delivery and was told my account was never activated. Literally I be waited a month before I went ahead and canceled the entire order. Please please please shop somewhere else and save yourself the frustration."

"I am giving this location 5 stars for one reason. Her name is Ada! She is a new employee and I had a lovely experience dealing with her via phone. She spoke with compassion and was a breath of fresh air. I was planning to switch locations, but she called me and put me at ease when the district manager even failed to return my call and follow up on my complaint. It’s only because of her that I chose to do business with this location. I was having a terrible day and was in a bad mood when she called and our short conversation changed my entire mood! Thank you Ada!"
