"I used to get good cabinets from this place. But with the world the way it is Everything has gone downhill. Delivery times are double and then product is less than desirable. Having a major issue with different colors of doors in one cabinet line will not buy those again. They have done their best to try to make it right. Just very disappointing."

"I highly recommend this place! I'm never disappointed in their customer service and quality of their product! Their cabinets are BEAUTIFUL and are of GREAT quality. I a new customer and they their customer service reps have gone above and beyond with helping me work through placing orders and just with any questions I have. Since Covid-19 has happened I have struggled to find a company that cares to hear about what their customers input and issues are and try their hardest to work diligently on resolving them and I now have found the perfect one! Keep up the great work JSI! You have a new lifetime customer!!"

"Disappointed with the service received from Pete, the warehouse manager. Had an order to pickup and first we went in the front office but no one was there to help us out. Then we went in the back, went in the warehouse and Pete gave us an attitude that we cant be in the warehouse cuz of covid and that theirs a sign on the door. The sign was small and can barely see it and in the end Pete told us that we should be thankful that they are open because of covid. Also, he stated that he doesn't care if we close our account. I guess my message to Pete is be thankful you have a job even though covid is closing down so many businesses and maybe be thankful that small businesses are still working and providing orders for them to fill. Second, we are going to close our account with JSI and wish you nothing but the best."

"We install these cabinets daily and love them. Customers are pleased with the amount of color selections and styles they have to offer and the customer service is fantastic."

"We ordered a JSI bathroom vanity (cabinet) thru Crawford Supply Company in Itasca. We paid extra to have it assembled and arranged for pick up by us at the warehouse in Bolingbrook. Showed our paperwork and obtained another piece of paper and had to drive around to the back dock to pick up the cabinet and another box. Waited a few minutes and finally a guy comes over and I told him we were here for a pick up. He passed on the paper to a forklift driver who brought over the cabinet and the other box on a pallet. He had me sign the paper and said "there you go" and left. Now My husband and I are in our late 60's. We expected someone to help us load the cabinet into the GMC Yukon. but NO.... we had to do it our selves. Took two of us to lift the thing. The cabinet itself is beautiful but I am disappointed in the customer service at this place. (And these guys want $15 an hour minimum wage???) Therefore, only 3 stars. Next time I'll pay the $75 fee for delivery."
