Faust Landmark

"They need security on site 24/7 . Residents are always complaining how unsafe they feel. Security on the weekends is not enough if they had Security there 24/7 residents would feel safe the bad issues would be gone and the Faust would make alot more money. When your residents feel safe they are willing to pay more and are happy. Lots of residents don't like to go home to their own apartments there cuz they feel so unsafe. It was lot better when they had Security 7 days week! Lot of the drug issues stopped and people that shouldn't be in there were not able to come in. Now the 4 days week Security not there people that are there to do harm and bad things come and go anytime they want."

"My Mom lived there for almost 30 yrs. It was a nice place for her to live up until 7 yrs ago. That is when the bedbugs showed up. They never did get rid of them totally. The last straw was when the rules for living there was changed. It used to be for people over 55 not anymore. It is no longer a safe place to live. Also she had another problem with bedbugs again. It is a horrible place to live these days and I am so happy she is no longer there."

"The faust landmark has had bedbugs since February and has only removed the carpets in the common areas. They are aware that there is a major infestation in the apartments and have done no treatments to speak of. Don't allow your elderly family members to live here."

"I've lived at the.Faust for some years, when it was really nice. I know people need places to live but this place is going to the dogs. Yes they have pets which is fine with me but I guess it's the new people that are coming in. It used to be 55 and older not any more and some of the other problems are something else. You are be like me and mine your own business but sometimes you have to just voice your opion! I loved living here but it's time for me to go.
