Valley View Apartments

"My mother lives there, before the new owners she really enjoyed it there but since the new owners have come in they have raised the rent, been without hot water for a 10 day stretch, bed bugs, roaches, elevators are down all the time which makes it hard on handicapped folks such as my mom. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to rent there to turn around and run for the hills. The care for their tenants isn't there with this new bunch of yahoos running the place."

"Nice building but the elevator breaks down quite often and there is a problem with the hot water not working from time to time. This place used to be for seniors but now the rent to whom ever and that has made it a worse place to live. You constantly smell weed on certain floors and the elevator landings are dirty."

"I played some music for their Christmas party. Gig was arranged by previous owners. New owners refused to pay!! They advertised the event and my performance, and after the event, via email, they (Martin Arteaga) promised to send my check the next day.....TWICE!! Nothing. If they can't be trusted to pay a musician for services they used (and could have cancelled) then they aren't to be trusted running a business! Do yourself a favor....STAY AWAY!!!"

"In our lifetime, we have lived in many places, and we have NEVER come across any Manager as Professional, Nice, and Helpful as Cheryl. !!!! I just hope her boss appreciates her as much as the people that live here do She deserves a HUGE, HUGE, RAISE !!!! The place is also very well kept, and very clean. Isabel and John Couvrette"
