"It’s all LOVE and RESPECT here with people who have the same goal! From my front desk ladies Edith and Paulina they are so informative and helpful, beautiful, and kind humans. The Coaches to the owner, the members of this establishment also! The encouragement is REAL, The accountability checks, the commitment, dedication, respect, POSITIVE MOTIVATION and not THE YELLING type! It’s all REAL!!! I was intimidated by signing up for the 6 week/42 day challenge to lose 20 pounds. Moving forward I’m in week 5 of 6 and I’m grateful, thankful, and mostly, I’m appreciative of the welcoming I received when I came here! Best journey that I’ve made, just wish I found this place sooner but I’m glad I found it when I did!!!"
