"I am frustrated because I was not told which floor (3 or 4) to check into when I made my appointment over the phone. I arrived on time for my appointment on the 3rd floor. But the staff did not call my number , so after waiting 30min I finally approached the window, just to be told that I was supposed to check in on the 4th floor. Then once I arrived on the 4th floor. I had to wait another 30min for the staff to call my new number. To finally be told that I was too late and had to reschedule my appointment. There has to be an easier way for patients to check in. Or the staff making the appointments need to remember to inform the patient which floor to check-in on."
