"Dr Lock did his job but he has no “bedside manner” at least with my 2 year old. He jabbed the tongue depressor down my sons throat. Didn’t speak a word to my child. We usually see Dr Salem but it was somewhat urgent and she wasn’t there. I’m not sure how you choose a career that deals with children yet you act irritated that you have to see us."
