"The apartments above The Current are in an excellent location and include all utilities providing for a seamless tenant experience. The leasing agent was prompt in her responses and pleasant to interact with. However, I am disappointed with the leasing experience as I feel I have been misled. As I was living in another city when looking for an apartment in Downtown Davenport, I had asked for a virtual tour which was provided through videos and pictures. Pictures provided of the available and selected unit at The Current were not representative of the actual unit upon move-in. The unit received had different windows placed much higher up on the wall, different refrigerator and sink, and an alternate closet arrangement. Overall, the experience has largely been positive and it has been very convenient to have all utilities included in the rent."

When I called about my deposit refund, the St. Louis rep had an attitude on the phone like he was the one who hadn’t gotten his deposit back. He also hung up on my face.
