"As VN Vet & Army Retiree, I get the help I need and counseling. My sincere thanks for all the services provided by the whole staff"
"The Laredo system is horrible. I cannot say that more strenuously. Their automated system is even worse, loops you through the system with 0 answers or ways to speak to someone. My dad's 80 years old, Veteran of Vietnam and Korean war, said he was having issues getting a voucher. I called the Lared V.A. office. 35 minutes of frustration with their automated system. It's Tuesday, 11:30. Keep getting told office hours are 8-4, to try back then. 3 different departments. It's not a holiday. Its almost noon. My dad got the same thing yesterday."
