"Nice and busy place well managed only we got problems with security guard at sprinter parking lot. They keep telling you to move from customer spots. I think we are customerto we spend money every day. they block one section so drivers don’t park there. they shouldn’t open the area at least a night."

"I really have to give them credit for how this Flying J is managed. It's an incredibly busy location and it's very well run. It's typically very clean and the staff is all really friendly. They have security, which is nice and they actually enforce the reserved parking. The showers are nice, clean with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. It's not unusual to see 20-40 people in the shower queue, but it's seldom longer than an hour to get a shower. I give much appreciation and credit to the hard workers cleaning the showers. It's not an easy job but they do it well. I've eaten at the Denny's several times and sometimes service is a little slow, but the order is always correct and the food is always hot and fresh. It's nice to have a well run location when I'm in Laredo and this one definitely makes the grade!"

"Only stop for emergency the service is trash plus if you black this the wrong place for you as a black man and a professional driver I never been at a truck stop where color matter last night they throw our food away because he try to charge us for 2 side when we only had one side left because they was closing the food station he was all in my face I left today he refused me service his coworker had to help me this is a good location and can even be better with the right staff if any at flying J care about it’s costumers or the company reputation please consider reviewing this location for a better staff I love flying J and pilot but for 7 years this the worst one I ever been"

"Generally, this location will s a good spot to stop when you are traveling. Recently it went through renovations and the showers / bathrooms were renovated. The front desk/ cashier stations were renovated and self checkout registers were added. There is a new beer room but the place still looks messy and somewhat like a market/ warehouse (please see photos). I think that if management will choose to up their game and not just slide through, the place will look and feel much better and will be deserving of 5 stars review. Update; (12/14/2022) Hame room has been completed (see photo) and the store is looking a bit better than last time. Also, less “storage “ feeling."
