"I drove 45 minutes to see this doctor and I was 7 minutes late. The front desk told me I have to reschedule because am 7 minutes. I begged them that I came far to see her and I don’t care how long it takes me to wait so she can see my baby but the lady at the front desk told me it’s the doctor instruction that I have to reschedule. To crown it all, a pediatrician should be empathic and little flexible"
