"They are very slow!! My mom had an appointment at 9:45 am and didn't get out of the office until 12:45. I don't know if they overbook or what, but something needs to be done!! My mom is feeble and it's hard on her!! Just like other elderly people. I don't recommend going here. I mean, they are thorough and the staff is friendly but the wait is ridiculous!!"

"Thank you all for such excellent care!!! Dr. Fitz did both of my cataract surgeries in May of 2023. I have to be honest the office wait time can be long and at times I was ready to just get home, but I felt they did a thorough exam each time, answered any questions and were extremely friendly. I would rather they take their time than rush me through. It's not like some sore throat or a slight cold I'm coming in the office for. This is my eyesight!!!"

"The longest wait I’ve ever had to endure. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Took a disabled friend there for a 9:30am appointment. Got there at 9:10 and checked in. They didn’t call him back til 10. Then about 30 minutes later he ended up in a second waiting room texting me explaining that it would be an even longer wait. I texted him back at 11:30 and he still hadn’t been called back a second time. It was after 12:30 by the time we made it out. I work overnights and was trying to do something nice for a friend. But I won’t bring him back here again. He’ll have to ask someone else. 3 hours is too long to sit and wait for an eye appointment. There’s something wrong with these people. No apologies or explanation either."

"Wait time, as others have mentioned, is long and ridiculous. I had a few appointments over several weeks, both morning and late afternoon, and my wait time was over 2 and a half hours the morning appointment and about an hour and a half the late afternoon appointment. You will wait in the main waiting room for a shorter period of time and they'll take you back to ask you questions. Then you'll be taken to a back waiting room to wait to be seen by a doctor. Your wait in the back waiting room will be hours. Some people in there said they were waiting over 3 hours. The doctor got me in and out quickly but it seemed like he was in a rush because they overbook appointments. Bottom line, I don't recommend going here."

"Wait Wait Wait! Absolutely one of the worst appointments I have ever been to. There were people waiting over 3 hours past their scheduled appointment. That's rediculous! I said something to one of the nurses about one man waiting that long. She said to expect that because they are very thorough. Well don't be so inconsiderate and greedy. Don't overbook if you can't see patients in a timely manner. People have better things to do than sit in a doctor's office all day! First time, last time!"
