"Multiple scheduled appointments had been canceled on me a short time before my anticipated attendance. The time spent in the waiting room often exceeds the time carved out for the entirety of an appointment. The front desk staff catch a lot of slack from the negligence of time management pertaining to the office staff. Therefore, the front desk staff are frequently hostile, or tempered, when approached. I always feel there is much to learn as a first time parent, but the nurses and providers do not exude patience to teach me. Nor do they upfront tell of possible resources. Helping appears to be over looked."

"I have been trying to contact the office for the last two days and have not had any luck getting through to anyone. Wish there was other ways of contacting since they won’t answer phones.Not that what is going on is an emergency but I for sure need to talk to someone about my upcoming appointment."
