"My MRI was scheduled for 545. I arrived at the main entrance of the hospital, and there was a sign in front of the registration desk that said closed. I walked down to ER, where I waited, and they took me back to registration. Some kind of sign at registration that says “go to ER to check in” or something would’ve been helpful. Staff, however, were impeccable"

It didn’t seem bad to me for being a Saturday and for bringing all three of my kids at once. We were seen by nurse Paula and PA Jamie, both very professional and kind.
