"I second a lot of the other reviews on here. Quick, convenient and gets the job done. Working remote and with a family life there is only so much time I have to 'workout'. They have a heart monitor, which was a plus for anyone that needs to keep an eye on their heart while working out. It is more than the traditional gym. Paul takes care of scheduling which workouts occur everyday. Each day is different, so it keeps things interesting. The only way to really know, is to come and give it a fair try. "Been attending regularly now for 2 months and I have to say that I enjoy going to work out. Love that I can fit this into my schedule easily because there are no scheduled class times that I need to worry about being there for. They have windows when open and you go and you complete your 9 rounds and then you head out. You get a great work out in about 30 mins! Paul is amazing!
