"We go for the Tuesday movie and concession deals, but the staff doesn't seem to know about the concession special and it becomes an ordeal to order. Seriously wonder about the cleanliness of the bathrooms. They do offer a bar but often no staff so a manager has to be called. guest service is basic."
"I’m not understanding why this theater has such bad ratings. I’ve always had a good time at AMC first time at this location. I really love the shopping center but the movie I watched Napoleon (2023) in IMAX was loud and clear. Obviously concessions are a rip off but that’s not a surprise. The workers were nice to me."
"This theater is trash. I always thought it looked nice from the outside. Finally went for the first time last week. The lobby is nice and concession prices seemed cheaper than competitors. The actual theater was terrible and the seats are 20 years old and do not recline. It was hard to get comfortable."
"This was the worst experience of my life at a movie theater and the fact that it happened on Christmas Day made it terrifying. Me and my daughter went to see the color purple arrive at the theater around 4 PM. We went to the concession stand around 430. Ordered popcorn soda and mozzarella sticks, and was told that we had to wait On popcorn because the orders were back up. I gave the cashier a $50 bill in his hand, and he threw the change back to me on the counter. I also noticed after I placed my order that the same cashier and other cashiers were taking orders and giving other guest their popcorn. I walked over to the reception desk to talk to the manager. He told me that it was procedure to put the money on the counter after Covid. He also instructed one of the cashiers to give me a bag of popcorn. I still had to wait on mozzarella sticks after people who checked out after me, and received the same item, (mozzarella sticks) because I arrived early I also noticed that Theater two was cleaned out early where the color purple was playing but we still had to wait outside only being let in to take our seats Two minutes prior to the moving starting. It was a long line of people formed outside, waiting to be seated. I feel like this is discrimination. The facility was filthy and employees were standing around just talking. The manager and bartender were laughing about the matter at hand. It sad that its 2023,and people are still being treated different because of the color of their skin! AMC should be ashamed of this type of behavior! Please do not waste your time going to this place customer service is awful, and The facility is dirty!"
"Bar is closed. Just sat down, theater is not cleaned. There is popcorn in the seats. Trash on the floor, popcorn bins still in seats from last movie. One person helping check people in. Line for concessions way too long."
