"The Girls Who Fight program has been an amazing experience for my 8 year old. In the 5 months that she has been a part of it, her confidence, self esteem, and her physical endurance are all up ten fold! What I love about this program is not only the lessons of self defense from potential harm, but the lessons on how to safely stand up for yourself when a friend/acquaintence may be trying to pressure you into doing something. My daughter has already been able to utilize her lessons from GWF by standing her ground against a classmate in school who was being unkind and has never had a problem with said classmate again. I'm forever grateful to Ms. Gemma for teaching such valuable life lessons and being an incredible role model for my girl!"

"I am absolutely loving GWF! Gemma & G are great coaches; I came into my first class with zero experience but I was never made to feel embarrassed or singled out by that. Everyone supports each other and encourages improvement in every class. If you’re not sure if this is for you, you have nothing to lose by at least looking into it. Gemma does a great job of spending one on one time with us to make sure everyone is making progress in our training. I would 100% recommend trying out at least one class.
