"This office is so unorganized. I love Dr Ross but the front end staff is not the greatest. They also have no system of letting you know when shots are needed and haven’t told us that our children needed them when we have gone in when the kids are sick. Currently looking for another office that is more on top of informing there customers of what is needed."

"I called the neurology department to obtain an EEG report for our mutual patient, and the office/administration that answers the phone are so rude. The pediatric dentist I work for refers our pediatric patients out for medical needs, but why would we refer them to an office where the staff is rude and has no customer service skills? How will our patients be treated? And how will that make US look if we refer to a Dr. with an office staff that treats others like this???"

"Dr.Ross is an excellent doctor. If you waited to long it's probably because you didn't make on time for the appointment. Usally your in and out. I worked for the doctor when he was just a resident. So either your on time or you go in back of the line."

"I know a lot of people complain about the wait for your appt. In my opinion, Dr Ross is worth the wait. He is wonderful with my granddaughter and she absolutely loves him. She's extremely shy and he is the one person she really looks forward to seeing. She'll see him as long he's available to her."

"Appointment is never on time. Be prepared to block off at least 3 hours of your day. I will be finding another doctor's office for my child. Not even worth the hassle"
