"Recently switched my daughters to this Doctor and I'm so happy I did! Everyone is so nice and professional. Everytime I've came they get me in and out in 1 hour. And everytime I call they are always willing to get my daughters in and YES they accept walk-ins as a mother I'm so happy I found a dependable clinic i can take my kids to. "I love the doctors in Velez Pediatrics, but honestly since yesterday I had a horrible impression of the service, one of the front desk ladies (the blonde with bun) is super rude and disrespectful, I understand sometimes clinics are packed but I also work in a clinic as front desk and know that’s no way to treat patients, it is a health service and none of us come just for fun. Everything about the doctors is great, the wait time is a little longer, but they need to monitor the staff. Update: Today I returned to follow up with my daughter. We waited for over an hour waiting even though we had an appointment. I lost time at work and took my daughter out from school as well, while there I noticed that they overbook patients due to the amount of people there waiting. The staff with the same attitude as well, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but this just seems to be normal, everyday behavior for them. Although the doctor is great, unfortunately the service provided by his staff is terrible. We won’t be returning."

"Most amazing staff and the BEST doctor I’ve came across. I’m so glad I made a change from my daughter’s previous doctor. Dr.Eduardo Velez made sure to answer all my questions and give me more information over my concerns. I love that the front desk receptionists are not rude and make you feel so welcomed. Also, the attention the doctor gave my daughter the second he walked in was amazing, I’ve never seen someone be so concerned over what was wrong with the baby at any other clinic. Very compassionate man. Makes sure you leave confident and answers any and all questions. 10 out of 10."
