"Although we're happy with the care our daughter has received here, it's difficult to communicate with the office outside of their business hours. There is no email address listed online and although their voicemail greeting says to dial "5" to leave a non-emergency message, it never directs you to a voicemail box... just keeps you in a loop. I'd recommend that get fixed."

"Dr Khouri is my favorite drs and people of all time! She does not over order tests but takes problems seriously. We had a pediatrician on Walnut Hill who would not take anything I said seriously when my girls were babies. My daughter was at -3% in weight (yes that's possible) and he said it was my hormones making me worry. After I went to GI and she got better, I switched my girls to Dr. Khouri. Two people I have run into since who mentioned "missed issues" with their children both used the doctor I left from the office on Walnut Hill. We have been using Dr. Khouri for 10 years, and in the teen years some issues have surfaced. Dr. Khouri has handled each one appropriately and given me the right steps to take. It turns out one of these issues is a major deal after seeing a specialist which prompted me to write this. You have got to have the right person in your corner in case something like this happens to you! I trust her completely. Doctors are still human, but she has great judgment and puts the time into help. Also, my girls feel super comfortable telling her anything as she is just the most authentic, nicest person ever. Thank you, Dr. Khouri!!!!"

"My experience was wonderful loved Doctor Linderman. It was unfortunate that I had to leave her office due to no longer accepting my insurance. I loved going there and my son did too. We went there from newborn until age of 3 due to insurance issues. But other than that if my insurance was accepted again I would return."

"My daughter was a patient at Inwood Village from birth to age 3. Dr. Browning was always wonderful, and the nurses were too. The reason for the 3 star review is regarding practice policy and poor interactions with the office staff. With regard to policy, the office will not fill out any form for your child and send it digitally, only via fax or mail. They offer no email encrypted service or portal. This came up whenever our daughter was enrolling in a school or summer camp. The school, camp and I do not have access to a fax machine and it would always cause a delay or I would have to drive to office to pick up the form. The office also charges 10$ fee for forms, and 25$ to send medical records. I mention this because my own PCP does not charge any of these fees and will also return forms via their online portal. To conclude, the tone of every phone call or in-person interaction with the office staff was either of apathy or annoyance. If I had question it was always met with a sigh and "that's our policy" type of response, no warmth or understanding."

"We absolutely love this practice. Dr. Browning is our doctor and I cannot say enough nice things about her. She is so smart and kind and talks to you like a friend. They are always able to see us same day and the nurse Hannah is always available to take calls. We also see Dr. Khouri when our doc is out and she is also incredibly kind and thorough. The front desk staff and other aides have been nothing but helpful and friendly. We’ve been with the practice since 2017 and drive 20 minutes across town because we love it so much. Your kids are in good hands here!"
