"While being on the phones with my insurance for about an hour searching for a new doctor. They changed me to Pedro Gonzalo’s and called office they said they were accepting new patients. When I got off the phone I was ready to give confirmation number and set appointments the lady who answered told me they weren’t taking any new patients..They didn’t take their names off the accepting new patients list with insurance . Office updates are slacking"

"This doctor sent me 6 text messages and 4 emails over the weekend to confirm 1 appointment. I’m not a child. When I made my initial appointment I didn’t need 9 reminders in 3 days. I run a business and don’t have time for a doctor to be sending me this many notifications. I ended up switching doctors. I was seeing him for anxiety and he gave me anxiety."

He is a very friendly, caring and dedicated doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and will listen closely, then answer your questions. I always feel comfortable when I go to my doctor. I know he has my best interest at heart. The staff are wonderful! Kind, friendly and efficient. They always have a kind word and they too listen when you talk.
