"I came to consult my son for a reason and they give medicine for something that has nothing to do with it, I thought it was a pharmacy error and I called them, hanging up and saying that they would return the call in a few minutes, an hour passed and I came back to call them, I did it several times in the end, the person who attended was upset telling me that he had not received an answer from the nurse about my question about the medications, in the end shortly before closing and why I called them again, he answered me saying that the doctor had said that I had nothing for my son's dizziness and just like that, I wasted the whole day with them, my son sick, dizzy and them saying that they couldn't do anything, by the way at that time I had to go elsewhere for help, I don't know how a doctor can ignore your sick son and tell you that they don't have any kind of medicine for him."
