"Beware of working for this company. In all of my years, I have never seen such old/outdated dental equipment at any dentist office I’ve gone to. I’m shocked anyone would even open there mouth at these locations. The corporate employees clearly have no respect for employees and it shows by the high turnover rate that has stayed consistent. Visit heartland or anywhere else for quality service and stable employees!"

"Horrible place to work for and see a dentist. They do not pay good they don't care about the employees there's no Christmas bonus or Christmas parties to show appreciation. They said this new leadership team is better and understanding I don't see it I truly wanna meet the true owners of this place to let them know what is truly going on I see people getting moved up then also put in their Snapchat stories how they're doing nothing in their homes while we're the ones that are struggling to put food on our table And get our hours in why others don't do nothing I try to reach out to HR who is not really called HR it's called cultural department and no one ever returns calls or emails they don't care I see different types of names throughout all the companies I have worked for it seems like they make up titles and names and people get paid 6 figures to do nothing thank gosh I'm done with this place"

"This place has gone downhill ever since Dr. Goldman and Dr. Weitzman sold the practice a few years ago! Offices are understaffed and have very high turnover due to unprofessional and incompetent regional managers like Vanessa Marquez and Liz Martinez. They create a toxic work environment and offer no support or training for office managers and assistants. Appointments are canceled without telling patients due to having such low staff levels. They dismiss complaints of both patients and staff. There are much better opportunities for dentists and assistants at other places! P.S. Any good reviews are written by corporate staff. In addition, the Compliance Officer Jessica Sweeb, is controlled by the regional managers and Emily Vanney. Dentists, stay away and don't put your license in jeopardy!"

"I was hired by this company front desk them knowing I was not bi-lingual. There is a doctor who works there DR Khan who I could tell did not like me from the go. Probably because I'm around her age and white. She made it very clear she did not like me day one. By day 5 of me working with patients, not being able to be trained properly because the staff was so short handed my manager had to keep running in back(only on Dr. khan days) to assist. Dr. Khan called my bosses boss and made up tons of lies about me, saying I smelled of smoke, I constantly had to call my manager to help me(in true). They terminated me... Over the phone! Dr Khan is a horrible human being and a lazy doctor. I would NEVER let her near my child's mouth. She talks about the patients very negatively once she's sitting in her office which is most of the time."
