"Really nice selection and expensive but not crazy. However, I bought a desk that had a little spot of something on it. We cleaned it off per their instructions and it took about a nickel size piece of the finish clear off. We did not buy the protection plan because it was ridiculously expensive. They are now claiming it is not a warranty issue. The whole top has to be sent back to the manufacturer. We received it in late January."
