"Was at the Orland Park Home Depot yesterday to view the Masterbuilt grill demonstration. I enjoyed the product and decided to buy it. Free assembly and delivery was the last of my great experience. I went to the bank and withdrew the money and it was all in $20’s. I paid and the cashier initially didn’t even give me my change. I asked for my change and then she shorted it by $10. I’ve called the location twice now with no response. I’m going to cancel my $900 grill and go elsewhere for it. ***Edit*** I ended up calling the corporate number and speaking to two different reps. Complete waste of time. 13 days after canceling the order that was never delivered I’m STILL waiting on my refund check for the measly $900. Added pictures of “my grill/smoker” that they said was ready for delivery. The front is all dented in and the welds were cracked."
