All of our questions were answered by our sales person. We ended up buying a new recliner and we are looking forward to its delivery."

"All of the products are great and would purchase from here again. Our salesperson was not educated on the products and said she “didn’t know” to 75% of our questions. When designing our sectional she did not know which way is right and left (looking at the couch or sitting on it). She also was not going to show us the break down of the purchase before we paid. We saw it but had to ask to see it. The website provided us with more answers to our questions than she could provide."

We decided to purchase two recliners, after listening to Janelle's expertise, and they even have additional lumbar support. This was critical to me because I have serious back problems. "AVOID FOR CUSTOM ORDERS- BUILD TO ORDER I wanted to get all new quality furniture for one room and I was willing to pay for it. I had heard excellent things about lazy boy and of course they have a great reputation. I ordered two custom sofas to match and even ordered custom pillows. One of the sofas is great and I love it but the other sofa was delivered with a very visible mistake in sewing on the arm. One one arm the pleats are nice and neat with no puckering and on the other end there pleat looks something like my amateur sewing with puckering along the arm of the sofa. It seems the padding in that area was damaged so possibpe something happened during transportation. I called lazy boy come out to repair it and when their tech came he advised it was a mistake in the factory and that it could not be repaired in my home. I followed up over 6 times to get help from customer service but kept getting transferred promised call backs that never came. 10 months later (credit card inquiries were closed several times without my knowledge so I have had to place the same inquiry and submit documents over 4 times in addition to the time trying to resolve this with lazy boy) the best they have offered is to come to my home and fix it and give me a credit of $400 which would be fine if they could guarantee the quality of the repair which they will note. The only reason I got this offer was because I reached out to to the financing company to challenge the charge. I would not do business with this company because at this price I expect better quality and better service. In the future I will go to other furniture dealers because if I have to take a gamble i will not pay top dollar. The buying process was great and the sales team was wonderful. At the end of the day what they needed to get right was to send a couch with no quality issues. I believe the quality of this company and the customer service of this company that so many have enjoyed is over and I highly recommend taking your dollars elsewhere particularly for custom orders."
