"Had a return and lady working on returns was downright mean & so unprofessional to everyone making a return before me on Tues 2/27 at 1:00pm. She appeared to hate her job & all who crossed her path-regardless of age or race. Thankfully, another worker(younger lady) also started working because line was long & all of a sudden the other workers “attitude” changed since she was now among another employee. I was lucky enough to get the nice professional cashier in returns. Went upstairs to purchase items from the juniors dept. and honestly if it wasn’t for the cashier Christina I’d think twice before ever shopping there again. She was wonderful & went above & beyond too!"

"The only reason I went to JCPenney tonight was because I had a coupon for 35 percent off, I get to the register Eve was the cashier I told her I had the coupon, she said that coupon was for credit card users only?? She told me to open my app and go under coupons there was 2 coupons she said I can give you the 30 percent off, which was great, then Eve tapped my phone screen she said did you read that she was talking about the 35 percent off coupon so I look but I don’t see anything about having to use the pennys card? So I said where does it say you have to use the card?? I hand her my phone?? It was like Eve wanted to show me she was right and I was wrong?? Now Eve can’t find anything that says you have to use there card so I said can you scan my coupon see if it works?? She did and guess what it worked I got the 35 off, now Eves attitude goes from bad to worse, Eve now says you missed understood me?? No I was happy with getting the 30 percent off, you were the one being persistent. You need to train your cashiers it’s okay to make mistakes, they need to know what promotions are going on?? Thanks to Eve I returned my merchandise and I won’t be back."

"Writing my review for Esmeralda at the photo department. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I took photos at a different jc penny location and they came out horrible because the lady was not welcoming or warming. Esmeralda had my 4 month old smiling in every single photo. The photos came out so perfect. I cannot wait to pass these out and will probably book again just for her for the holidays."

"Good Ole JC Penny. Two months before Christmas and already yuletide stuff is available. With Thanksgiving over a month away, I'm expecting to see Easter items ready for purchase around New Year's Eve. Lol!!! Seriously though, this store is very clean and really good deals."
