"Awesome idea. Takes the awkwardness out of trying all the mattress. They have disposable large paper to cover pillows . They also have a clean restroom . The showroom floor is wheelchair friendly. I did purchase from them. Used the financing and delivery. The delivery well this is the star loss. They give you a day, not a time window. I was told that I would receive a call or text an hour notice before the truck arrived. As my security camera notified me at person at the door. Delivery went smooth, and old bedding was removed. Definitely recommend Hassle less. Customer service here is really good. Call them ahead with any questions or concerns about delivery."

"No salesman, no pressure. Store is normally empy try out beds stay as long as needed. Kiosk for purchasing. Easy to use."

"Nothing but a hassle for me! My mattress delivery was rescheduled 4x being given various reasons (out of stock, manufacturer issues, delivery driver issues). It’s almost a month now. I was then given the option to wait longer or go back to the store and pick something else out. Which, I did. I was then promised again next day delivery, (by now I was skeptical). I asked for the latest delivery time since I work until 2pm. They give me the 3-hr delivery window first thing in the morning -8-11am, or they can reschedule. What?! I’m done! I’ve never been through such a hassle trying to make a purchase. Edit: yes, I received the mattress pad & sheet set that was sent as a kind gesture for the “hassle” I experienced. Thank you very much. Too bad it didn’t work out"

"Great way to buy a mattress. I had no idea there was nobody in the store but truly enjoyed the experience. Ordered online in the store on Thursday night and the mattress is being delivered on Saturday. Literally “hassle-less” no pressure to buy and nobody telling you to buy something different. This is the new best way to shop."

"Why aren't more people going here? This was an awesome experience because I didn't feel pressured to trying out mattresses I had no interest in. It was kind of weird just walking into a store with no employees, but we made the best of it. The only reason I'm giving it 4/5 stars is I wish they could have a few more different brands (especially online retailers like Nectar). We went there a few weeks ago, but didn't buy anything. Then just last week we decide to order from home after trying out the products in store. Overall great experience."
