"We're renovating our daughter's room. She is not our baby anymore because she's too big now and she needs her own room. We want to change the window in her room for safety protection. So I asked my friend what shop made their window. So she recommended this place. We entered this shop and the staff assisted us. They are friendly and nice. They are very well mannered and very professional in their work. We told them that we need an installation for our windows. I gave them the photos but he said that he needed to see it in her own house. So we came to our house. So after that everything was settled. It took days after it finished. And the quality of the work was really good. There are no robbers or strangers who will break it because of the high quality glass. We are so happy with the output. We highly recommend this shop."

"We just had our first phase of windows replaced (about a third of them), the rest expect to have done by Blue Ribbon next year. Wes was great in meeting with use and explaining clearly what would be done and did excellent job of explaining the Marvin windows, then meeting him at the store to see the windows (this during limited access due to COVID). Then when finalizing the project, brought Jim (his lead carpenter) to review everything. Order came in when planned and Jim and his crew did a great job of installation over two days and did a wonderful job cleaning up behind themselves. On a side note, when getting quotes we had two other companies come to measure. One never got back to us with a quote and the other was considerably higher with doing less work (they weren’t finishing the interior trim). Very glad we went with Wes and Jim. If looking to have windows replaced, we would highly recommend Blue Ribbon Millwork!"
