"I had an X-Ray done at the Lakeview Imaging Center. They told me that my insurance was going to cover 100% and that I would owe $0. A few weeks later I received a bill. I don't understand how they can just lie to you on the spot and ask you if you'd like to move forward with the X-ray knowing that it will cost $0 - only to find out later that isn't the case."

"My wife recently hurt one of her fingers playing volleyball. Since the pain wouldn't go away we decided to get some x-rays. We called an imaging center near to where we work, but since we get off until 5pm and the this clinic closes at 4pm we decided to look for a facility with later hours. Before I hung up the phone I asked how much would cost us to get the x-rays and the answer was $90 dollars. However, the Lakeview Imaging Center charged us $320 dollars. Now I am wondering how do they excuse such a high rate? This is what I called having a license to steal from people. They are literally thieves with license."
