"They don’t tell you that the most normal regular tests that you made an appointment to get actually need to be administered by a doctor or the insurance won’t cover it. Why could I make an appointment; put in my insurance details, put in what tests, only to get there and be told I can’t? It’s 2023 and we have technology. This is ridiculous."
"If you feel like wasting a chunk of your day and not getting anything accomplished, this is the place to go. There’s no way to reach them via phone, so no way to know whether or not everything is in order. So you have to go, make an appointment and wait for them to let you know that you can’t get something done. It’s several levels worse than the customer service that one would expect from the DMV."
"Been more than 7 days now and I still dont have my blood report while bring sick. Had to cancel my appointment with the doc as well due to this and I remain sick. For a first world country 7 days and more for a blood report?!"
"Horrible experience. Sat in the waiting room for over an hour and could hear the women gossiping in the next room. Asked them what the hold up was and they stated that they had to wait for appointments to walk in to allow them their “grace period.” A simple drug screening takes 5 minutes. The walk ins could have been in and out of the clinic before the appointments arrived, but they refused to provide any of us service and had us wait for our appointments for over an hour and a half. Absolutely ridiculous and it was clear that they did not want to do their jobs."
