"Most horrible hotel experience I have ever encountered. claims to be 4 star. but not even one star; A/C stopped working for days, Bad drain //slope for handicapped shower, extremely soft bed not suitable for old / back-problem people, Very minimal breakfast and the list goes on .."

"Booked the Kenzie Hotel for the second time and I will certainly be back. The representative at the front desk was such a delight - friendly and professional. I enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast. My room was upgraded and it was beautiful. Lovely views and super clean. Overall great experience!"

"We had a perfect stay at the Kinzie! We wouldn’t stop raving about it on our drive home. The bed was so so so comfy! Nice clean modern hotel, excellent price for what you get. Not a long walk to shopping and dining nearby. We plan on staying here again next time we’re in Chicago!"

"Check in took just a few minutes. The room was large with a great view of Chicago, I could see the sears tower from my room. In the theatre district with so many bar and food options. Fantastic location. Breakfast was included and was good. Missed happy hour but each guest receives a few beverages. Will definitely be back. Convenient valet parking was a little pricey but there are two garages within walking distance also. Looking forward to my next stay at Kinzie"

"Super cute boutique hotel! Still had a really nice view from the second floor, and the room was very spacious and comfortable! Complimentary wine, beer, and snacks at happy hour was a huge plus. Staff were very friendly and helpful! I am definitely looking forward to staying here again."
